Rates & Insurance
Please contact my office for therapy rates. I currently participate in only a limited number of insurance panels to allow me to focus on a smaller number of clients and provide better service. If I am not an in-network provider for your insurance, you may able to obtain reimbursement for a percentage of my fees through out-of-network benefits. All fees need to be paid via cash, check HSA card, or credit card.
Please note that intended parent consultations are not covered by insurance, and neither are a donor or gestational carrier screenings.
Returning Calls for Appointment Requests
My practice staff will respond to your call when you contact us by phone on business days, Monday through Friday, from 8 am to 5 pm. If we are on the phone with someone, please leave a voicemail and we will respond to you within 90 minutes on business days. You may also wish to securely message us through your patient portal and will receive a response on the same business day.
If you cannot wait for me to return your call and are experiencing a life-threatening emergency, please call 911 or proceed to your nearest emergency room.
Credit cards, cash, and check are accepted for payment. Payment is due at the time of service.
Payment for gestational carrier screenings, donor screenings, and intended parent consultations is required regardless of whether any of the parties are cleared psychologically to proceed for treatment.
If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you may be charged for the full rate of the session.
